SALUTATION FROM THE OFFICERS:  The Officers of Chapter 16 want to take this opportunity to wish all of you a Happy 2019 New Year. It is so unbelievable how quickly 2018 passed.  It has been four years (2014) since the National Headquarter suspended chapter Rebate's money. Nevertheless, as a group, we had a great year getting things done, and we THANK all of you for your tremendous "Of Free Will Donations," which enabled us to survive as a chapter financially. As well, we tip our hats off to those of you, who faithfully attended our monthly meetings and continue to renew your TREA Membership.  With your support in 2018, we accomplished a lot a few of the things are: three recruiting events and donations to organizations, especially a contribution of $800 to the Sunset Park War Memorial expansion project.  Noteworthy were two members WHO stood out:  Nelson Newell above and beyond efforts in recruiting new members, Vickie Guillot professional job of administrating our website, making it very eye-catching and informative that superbly advertises our chapter.  With that in mind, both Vickie and Nelson are truly special.  We are impressed by how the new members have become active and engaged in our meetings. All of you are valuable to our chapter. In 2019, we look forward to working with and for everyone in 2019.  Again, we thank all of you so much for your hard work and suggestions that make sure we grow, move forward, and stay active as an organization.
