PRESIDENT’S COMMENTS: What a blessing, three members of chapter 16 are candidates for the President, Vice-President, and Treasurer spots.  The Secretary position is vacant. The Nominating Committee helped to fill three of the slots. Soon all the members will receive a mail election ballot by UPS mail or e-mail. Nominations from the floor at our November 8th meeting will be recognized, and the results announced.  Your support in returning the ballot by November 2nd is appreciated.  I have complete confidence in the three candidates. It has been a pleasure and a joy to have been your President.  Chapter 16 has the most exceptional group of individuals that I have ever had the opportunity of being with and representing. We have had a few challenges and many changes to preserve through.  I will end this with “MAY THE LORD CONTINUES TO BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU.” Your President, Dick Trow
