PRESIDENT’S COMMENTS:   As I Review the last month before the election of new officers for CH-16 I see several items we need to take care of:
(1) Parade is Oct-07-2017, which will be forming up at 2:00 PM on North Santa Fe. TREA will be meeting at the Masonic Center.  Bill Vinyard will be getting you all together as I will not be present. Believe that we have four cars that are in the Parade. I along with my Son will be in Ellinwood, Ks. for our Installation into the Sons Of The American Revolution (Bennington Chapter which is named for the Battle of Bennington Vt.) this is a small chapter which meets in Salina.  (2) Giving away our chapter Old Flag TREA (Yellow one with The Retired Enlisted Association) still in the process of contacting our Longer-Term Members who were under this Flag; all have to be polled to get the final disposition. (3) 2018 Budget which does require some adjustments before we all vote on it. We need to clean these up before the next Administration are installed.  I Thank You all for your support.  I would like to see you all at the Parade, hopefully this one will be larger yet. Stay safe and have a Happy Halloween. May God Bless You All, See you at the next meeting.

Your President TREA CH-16, Richard T. Trow
